1.1. Buyer Rights:
- The right to receive full information about the product before purchase;
- The right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product within 14 days of receiving it;
- The right to receive a quality product that matches the order;
- The right to have a defective product replaced or receive a refund.
1.2. Buyer Obligations:
- Provide accurate and complete personal information when placing an order;
- Pay the specified price for the product and delivery;
- When returning a product, follow the return rules and conditions.
2.1. Seller Rights:
- The right to refuse acceptance of returned products if return rules are not followed;
- The right to change product prices, with prior notice to the buyer.
2.2. Seller Obligations:
- Provide accurate product information and prices;
- Ensure that the product matches the order and is of good quality;
- Ship the product within the specified timeframe (1-2 weeks);
- Ensure the protection of the buyer's personal data.

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. For more details, please see the Return Policy page.
These terms and conditions are established in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. All relations between the Buyer and the Seller are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Any disputes arising between the Buyer and the Seller shall first be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania in accordance with applicable law. The Buyer also has the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution.
