Return policy
1. Product Returns and Exchanges
1.1. Product returns are conducted in accordance with the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania's order No. 217 "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods" dated June 29, 2001.
1.2. The buyer must return the products via registered mail. The tracking number of the registered shipment must be provided to the Seller no later than 24 hours after dispatch.
1.3. The buyer is responsible for the costs of returning or exchanging quality products.
1.4. To return a product, the Buyer may do so within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery, by notifying the Seller by email, attaching photos or videos of the product and/or the package that describe the issue.
1.5. The returned product must be in its original, undamaged packaging, unused, in the same condition as it was received by the Buyer, without any loss of its commercial appearance (intact labels, unopened protective film, etc.). The original (printed) proof of purchase (order or payment copy) must be provided with the return.
1.6. For returning a quality product, the Buyer will be refunded only the amount paid for the product. Shipping costs are not refundable.
1.7. If the wrong product was received, the Seller agrees to replace it with the correct product. If the correct product is unavailable, the Buyer will be refunded the full amount (including product price and actual shipping costs).
1.8. When returning a defective product, the Seller agrees to replace it with the same product or refund the Buyer’s payment.
1.9. To return a defective product, the Buyer may do so within 7 (seven) days from the delivery date, by notifying the Seller by email, attaching photos or videos of the defective product and/or package describing the problem.
1.10. The returned defective product must be in its original, undamaged packaging, unused, in the same condition as it was received by the Buyer, without any loss of its commercial appearance (intact labels, unopened protective film, etc.). The original (printed) proof of purchase must be provided with the return.
1.11. The Seller has the right to refuse the return of products if the Buyer does not adhere to the return procedure outlined in points 1.4-1.5, 1.9-1.10 of these Rules.
1.12. If the Buyer paid for the product with a gift card, the gift card will be returned, along with any additional amount paid (if applicable).
1.13. If the Buyer returns a product purchased with a discount, the refund will be based on the amount paid for the product with the valid discount.
2. Final Provisions
2.1. These product return rules are created in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.2. Lithuanian law applies to these rules. Any disputes arising from the implementation of these rules will be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved according to the procedures established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
